Twas the fifth day of October in the year nineteen ninety-seven that the sorority that became known as Alpha Sigma Chi was founded. The founders included: Laurie Palma, Jennifer Mosko, Karen Tanevich, Sara Cole, and Francine Delbono. The next day the potential organization was taken before the Student Government Association gaining not only their support, but also the support of the Dean of Students and the brothers of Delta Omega Pi.
Our first meeting was held at Concordia College in the Rippe Dormitory. Rippe 251 was the room where it all began and the rest is history...
